I’ll assign a dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) to your organization for the entirety of your relationship with Social Sentinel. By building a strong, personal relationship with you, your Client Success Manager will be able to learn the unique safety and security challenges your community faces and guide you through using our service to meet those challenges. From account set-up to ongoing support and beyond, your Client Success Manager will be a true partner every step of the way.
In addition, our clients can contact our support team for quick questions or technical support, access our service’s Help Center including step-by-step “how to” instructions, and tune into training videos and webinars. We’ll also learn from you, so that we can share best practices among our clients and direct the evolution of our keyword library and features to meet your needs.
